GREENHOUSE COMPLEX

Construction and operation of a greenhouse complex in the village of Chunja, Almaty region, Kazakhstan
ABOUT PROJECT
We present a unique investment project — the construction and operation of a greenhouse complex in the village of Chundzha, Almaty region, Kazakhstan. The project focuses on growing environmentally friendly cucumbers and tomatoes using advanced technologies such as hydroponics, drip irrigation, geothermal heating, and solar panels.
Key facts of the project
  • Owned 20-hectare land plot
We own a 20-hectare plot, allowing us to avoid land rental costs and reduce risks associated with land relations. This provides a stable foundation for the long-term operation and expansion of the project.
  • Geothermal heating using mineral waters
Under the plot, at a depth of 900 meters, lies a source of mineral water with a temperature of 71°C, enabling us to efficiently use geothermal energy for heating the greenhouses. This unique natural advantage significantly reduces operating costs and ensures stable temperature maintenance in the greenhouses year-round.
  • Use of solar panels
To reduce electricity costs, the greenhouses will be equipped with solar panels. With their help, we will not only ensure sustainable power supply but also reduce electricity costs by 30-40%, which will increase the project’s profitability and reduce its environmental impact.
  • Infrastructure Advantages of the 20 ha Site in Chundzha
    • Proximity to the Chinese border: Facilitates cross-border trade, import/export operations, and attracts Chinese investors. • Upcoming airport: Creates potential for a cargo or tech hub linked to aviation. • SEZ “Khorgos – Eastern Gate”: Offers preferential tax conditions, developed logistics infrastructure, and access to international markets. • Transport corridors: Access to 11 international transport routes (5 rail and 6 road), including the Altynkol railway station, significantly enhancing logistical capacity. • Scalability: The 20-hectare area allows for warehouses, offices, production facilities, or test zones. • Energy efficiency: Potential for integrating renewable energy sources, inspired by EXPO-2017 innovations. • Support for digitalization: High demand in the region for infrastructure suitable for data centers and high-tech solutions.
  • International Airport in Khorgos — A Logistics Hub on the Silk Road
By order of the President, the Government of Kazakhstan, together with German investors, will build an international cargo and passenger airport in the Zhetysu region.
The project aims to create a multifunctional aviation and logistics hub of international scale near the SEZ "Khorgos – Eastern Gate." The new airport will strengthen Kazakhstan’s role as a transit corridor between China, Central Asia, and Europe.
Location: Zhetysu region, SEZ "Khorgos – Eastern Gate"
Investment: Approximately 250 billion tenge (Germany + Kazakhstan)
    Construction phases (until 2032):
    — Passenger terminal: from 50 to 500 people/hour — JET A-1 fuel storage: 200–550 thousand tons/year — Cargo terminal: 50–250 thousand tons/year — Business center, hotels, aircraft maintenance (MRO)

In phases 2–3, a tourism and entertainment infrastructure will also be developed.
